By family photography we mean photographing a newborn, an expectant mother, a family or your ordinary everyday.

Wedding photography means photographing your wedding day - on a specific, agreed date.

You can book a session in several ways: through the online form, the Daguerre App calendar, by e-mail at hello@jasmina-lozar.com, or by phone at +386 40 438 297.

On first contact you'll learn whether the date you'd like is still available.

The date is reserved once the deposit is paid: €50 for family sessions and 20% (or as agreed) of the final amount for weddings. If the client cancels, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of illness or force majeure, we agree on an alternative date together.

By paying the deposit you confirm that you are familiar with my style and offer.

The safety of everyone present always comes first. Parents or legal guardians must be present throughout the session and remain fully responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children.

The photographer assumes no liability for incidents that may occur during the session.

By ordering the service you confirm that you are aware of how it is delivered, the price and payment terms, and that you agree to these conditions. The current price list is published at www.jasmina-lozar.com. For individual offers, the specification and final price are sent by e-mail.

An invoice is issued for every service. The payment deadline for family sessions is 8 days after the session. Weddings are paid no later than on the day of the event.

Until all obligations are settled, the photographer reserves the right to withhold the final photographs or ordered products.

All payments are cashless.

The photographer selects and edits the photographs according to her own artistic vision - in line with the existing body of work you were familiar with at the time of booking.

Photographs are delivered through a private online gallery; physical products are delivered in person or by mail.

Delivery times: 15 working days for family sessions, 30-60 working days for weddings. Delivery of products also depends on external partners. In case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, the deadline may be extended.

Sessions take place at home, in nature or in the studio. Within a radius of 30 km of Nova Gorica there are no travel costs. For distances above 30 km, mileage is charged at €0.43/km.

A gift voucher, received with your photographs or as a gift, is valid for 1 year. It cannot be exchanged for cash. If prices rise between purchase and redemption, the photographer reserves the right to request a top-up.

All copyrights remain with the photographer.

The client may reproduce the photographs for non-commercial use and share them on private social media - with mandatory credit to the author: @jasmina.lozar

Commercial publication requires prior agreement with the photographer.

We reserve the right to reschedule a session due to illness, bad weather (for outdoor sessions) or other unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of force majeure (equipment damage, theft or destruction) that would prevent delivery, the photographer is not liable for the loss - but will refund everything received up to that point.

Once the gallery link is delivered, the client is responsible for storing their photographs. The photographer keeps the originals for a further 3 months after sending the link. Re-sending the gallery (if still available) is charged at €50.

In case of unforeseen circumstances at a family session, the photographer will agree on a new date. For weddings or other fixed-date sessions, the photographer will do everything possible to provide a comparable photographer - but assumes no liability for this.

Any intentional or unintentional damage to the photographer's equipment by the client is to be reimbursed at the prevailing market price.

The photographer will take your wishes into account to the best of her ability. Since every photograph is the result of skill and creativity in the moment, complaints regarding composition and technique are not accepted. The selection and editing of photographs are subject to artistic vision - unedited (RAW) files are not shared and cannot be reviewed.

The number of delivered photographs will never be lower than agreed in the package.

These terms and conditions are published at www.jasmina-lozar.com. By booking - verbally or by paying the deposit - the client confirms they are familiar with and accept these terms.

Jasmina Lozar reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.

Any disputes will be resolved amicably. If an amicable solution is not possible, the competent court has jurisdiction.
